At the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry, we are committed to providing the most efficient and effective service possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and meeting our international obligations.
From Tuesday 4th December 2018, the RP 48 Service Level Agreement is being replaced with a more customer friendly ‘Service Delivery Times’. The new format has been specifically designed as an informational tool to provide guidance on the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry’s time scales.
These enhanced service delivery times are based on the speed and completeness of submitted applications and supporting documentation, and details can be found on our website. We will always endeavour to deliver services earlier than our published time scales wherever possible.
